CIL-AS-699 Paper Handkerchief Packaging Line

The CIL-AS-699 paper handkerchief packaging line is constituted by 2 sets of CIL-AS-201 and 1 set of CIL-AS-301 automaticpaper handkerchief packaging machines as well as conveying belt.

The workflow is first the product will be manually transferred from CIL-MFT-21 minitype facial tissue converting machine to the conveying belt of CIL-AS-201 paper handkerchief packer for packaging. Then, the products packaged in single bags will be conveyed to CIL-AS-301 machine, and a certain quantity of the bags with products inside will be finally packaged in bar type bags.

The CIL-AS-301 automaticpaper handkerchiefpackaging machine comes with left and right input lanes, and the single bags coming from 2 sets of CIL-AS-201 machine will automatically and successively come to the CIL-AS-301 machine in good order.

It adopts Mitsubishi PLC, large touch screen, cam-type drive and variable frequency control system. Meanwhile, stepping motor is applied for precise film feeding.

The main body of this device is composed of stainless steel frame and closed-type organic glass shield, and both the platform and the components in contact with the packaged items are made of stainless steel, totally meeting up with sanitary standard.
