CIL-SP-A-A (B)-2 Automatic Toilet Paper (Towel Paper) Production Line

The CIL-SP-A-A (B)-2 automatic toilet paper production line is composed of 1 set of CIL-SP-B (A) toilet paper rewinder (or 2 sets), 1 set of CIL-SP-280 toilet rolllog saw cutting machine, 1 set of CIL-SP-398-3 multi-roll toilet paperpackaging machine, and conveyors.

Features
1. This towel paper production line is applicable for the raw paper maximally 2750mm wide.
2. Perforating pitch is adjustable to cater for different production demands.
3. One or two sets of embossing device as well as three raw paper stands can be configured if necessary. Meanwhile, raw paper is pneumatically loaded.
4. This automatic toilet paper production line realizes automatic paper core changing, finished product unloading, glue spraying and sealing, and there is 20mm long paper tail reserved for use convenience. Then, paper roll will be conveyed to and cut by the CIL-SP-280 cutting machine. Finally, the paper roll with requested specifications will enter packaging machine for packing.
5. The entire set of toilet paper manufacturing equipment takes advantage of PLC for safe control, and an inverter is applied to main motor for speed control.

Core changing, rewinding, glue spraying and sealing can be performed without machine halt. Meanwhile, automatic speed reduction and speeding up are available during paper core pipe changing.

It adopts PLC for automatic production control, including reset, cutting and the adjustment of cutting length and cycle, easy for operation.
This roll paper cutting machine is configured with man-machine interaction control system with touch screen for parameter and fault display.
