This toilet paper rewinding machine is mainly composed by raw paper stand, conveying unit, embossing unit, perforating unit, rolling unit, electronic control unit and cutting system. After unwinding, embossing, perforating, winding and cutting, the finished product is neat, with uniform tension and distinct embossment.

Meanwhile, this automatic toilet paper rewinder covers a small area of 8.4 square meters, the highest production speed of which reaches 120-160m/min. As adjustable for different specifications of paper, it is ideal for various paper making and processing factories.

In addition, this toilet paper processing machine can be divided into two types. One is the ordinary type with one embossing unit for 2 layers of paper, and the other type is the point-to-point type with two embossing units respectively for 2 layers of paper.

1. This toilet paper making machine is suited for processing the raw paper of 1.2 meters (92B type) and 1.8 meters (75B type).
2. Core changing, rewinding, glue spraying and sealing can be performed without machine halt. Meanwhile, automatic speed reduction and speeding up are available during paper core pipe changing.
3. Core pipes won’t readily fall off since this automatic toilet paper rewinder can effectively adjust the tension and tightness of rewinding. Rewinding will be tight at first and then relatively loose.
4. There is automatic prompt for core pipe adding. If there is no core pipe added or the raw paper is fractured, the device will automatically stop.
5. Due to the high-quality spiral cutter, perforation is neat with less paper loss and low noise.
6. Paper core pipe changing is very easy and there is paper tail after the product is sealed, easy for use.
7. A pneumatic jack for raw material loading is configured.
