1. The CIL-FT-A-C facial tissue production line is comprised of 1 set of CIL-FT-20A automatic facialtissue converting machine, 1 set of CIL-FT-281 facial tissue log saw cutting machine and 1 set of CIL-FT-228 automatic facial tissue packaging machine.
2. This facial tissue converting line perfectly integrates multiple functions, including embossing, folding, counting, cutting, conveying, packaging and box sealing.
3. We adopt state-of-the-art PLC, variable frequency speed control system, multi-screen man-machine interface operation system, synchronous belt drive and variable-speed motor, which makes this equipment suitable for various kinds of raw paper and also improves the product quality and production efficiency.
4. The operation procedure of our facial tissue production line is extremely easy, and finished products come with uniform and artistic appearance.
5. By using this full automatic production line for facial tissue, labor and workload are greatly reduced, and thereby a big sum of production and management fee is saved.

With novel design and fine crafts, this facial tissue making machine adopts sucked type air extraction instead of traditional method, making for low noise, high efficiency, neat folding, easy adjustment and steady operation.



It makes use of variable frequency control, PLC and servo tracking technologies, integrating the disciplines of optics, electrics and pneumatics.
By applying man-machine interface operation mode, this facial tissue cutting machine is easy for use.



It enables automatic facial tissue conveying, box opening, product packaging, box gluing and sealing. Meanwhile, it can be connected to log saw cutting machine to work as a complete set of box-packed facial tissue production line. Besides, we can provide customized or non-standard
