1. The CIL-FT-A-D automatic facial tissue production line consists of 1set of CIL-FT-20A automatic facial tissueconverting machine, 1 set of CIL-FT-281 facial tissuelog saw cutting machine and 1 set of CIL-FT-258 automatic facial tissue packaging machine.
2. This facial tissue converting line is a perfect combination of various functions, such as embossing, folding, counting, cutting, conveying, packaging and box sealing, largely saving labor.
3. By utilizing PLC, variable frequency speed control system, servo feeding control system, multi-screen man-machine interface operation system and synchronous belt driver, this equipment is applicable for various kinds of raw paper.
4. The folding mechanism of this automatic facial tissue production line can be optionally configured with tension control system, which can largely improve product quality and production efficiency.
5. Famous for easy operation and artistic product appearance, this automatic production line for facial tissue can also be equipped with automatic heat shrink packaging machine for direct product output.
