CIL-SN-400A Sanitary Napkin Production Line

CIL-SN-400A sanitary napkin production line is formed for producing ultra-thin, cotton core dimensional shielding type sanitary napkins. It works efficiently, since it applies the fast and easy packing method.

Functions and Features
1. This sanitary napkin production line uses web wheel to lay cotton. It makes sanitary napkin by wrapping cotton core. The quantity of SAP is adjustable.
2. It is equipped with a rack type pulverizer which is applied to smash untreated, semi-treated, or treated pulp. Pulp adding amount is adjustable via the variable frequency control. Additionally, a touch screen is used to display the adding amount.
3. Driving system of the sanitary napkin equipment is made up of the gear box, universal coupling, and the synchronous belt. The phase can be adjusted without stopping machine.
4. We can design the sanitary napkin making machine according to the client's requirements.
