CIL-NP-7000A (275-500) Automatic Multi-Color Napkin Converting Machine

Introduction
The CIL-NP-7000A (275-500) automatic multi-color napkin converting machine is used to print various colors or patterns on the already cut paper, after which it also enables embossing, folding and cutting the paper into exquisite square or rectangular napkins.

Features
1. The color printing system of this napkin making machine adopts special-purpose anilox roller, making for delicate printing effect.
2. Raw paper will be successively fed into calendaring unit and the embossing unit via synchronous belt, during which tension adjusting device well functions for paper tension regulation.
3. Our automatic multi-color napkin converting machine will automatically stop once there is paper stuck in folding roller.
4. Automatic unwinding and print control system is designed. The working principle is that the running speed of main machine is tracked by computer and then transmitted to servo system. Paper will be precisely transferred to printing unit by servo system according to the instruction of computer. Hence, this multi-color napkin paper machine will present you exquisite paper printing effect.
5. Customized equipment including non-standard type is available.
6. Automatic rectification system, water ink circulation unit and constant-temperature drying system are configured.
7. Our automatic multi-color napkin converting machine is also outfitted with automatic protection unit in case of fractured raw paper, and if raw paper is used up, this napkin machine will automatically speed down.
