JT-501/JT-G751ADry Lamination Adhesive
Features
1. The JT-501/JT-G751A dry lamination adhesive possesses some remarkableproperties, such as good transparency, high initial bonding strength, fastcuring process, excellent resistance to high temperature as well as acid andhot media, etc. Thus, this binding chemicalsuits for food packages, and it is applicable for both high and low speedprinting machines.
2. This multi-functionalproduct is also featured by good elasticity, no peculiar smell, outstandingageing resistance, good machining and wetting performance, etc. It offerspretty high initial and final bonding strength for laminates with diversestructures, including plastic/plastic, plastic/Al foil, plastic/Al film, cableouter sheath and more. In addition, the finished laminate fits for hightemperature sterilization process that is carried out at 121°C and lasts for 30minutes. So, our product is able to be used as adhesivefor retort pouch.
3. This dry lamination adhesive is able to deliver satisfying performance whenthe solid content is within 25%-30%.

Calculation Formula for Dry Glue
Cw=KhN, where
Cw is the dry glue amount(g/m2)
K is the correction factor whose typical values are within 0.25-0.17
h is the cell depth of aniloxroll (μm)
N is the solid content of adhesive (%)
Calculation Formula for Diluent
Wx=(Wz×Nz Wg×Ng)/N-(Wz Wg), where
Wx is the weight of diluent (kg)
Wz is the weight of mainagent (kg)
Nz is the solid content ofmain agent (%)
Wg is the weight of curingagent (kg)
Ng is the solid content of curing agent (%)
N is the working concentration after proportioning (%)
