Features of the Roller Hearth Furnace
1. As its name indicates, this heat treatment furnace has its hearth made up of many rollers. It is a continuous furnace concept to allow processing small workpieces in trays or baskets directly on the hearth. Along with the rotation of rollers, the trays or baskets move forward as well but keeps a distance among each other. The roller conveying system driven by an independent motor for the material feeding and discharging units makes sure all the steel parts moves forward smoothly without any impact or collision.

2. Our roller hearth furnace can be utilized for both tempering and annealing purposes.
(1) When the product is utilized as a tempering furnace, it is often used in combination with quenching furnaces. It has the advantage of space saving, due to its typical construction of double-layer or multi-layer furnace hearths.

(2) When the roller hearth furnace is used as a bright annealing furnace, its heating and cooling chambers can be filled with protective atmosphere to achieve annealing without oxidation or de-carbonization. Its front and rear vacuum chambers can effectively reduce the consumption of protective atmosphere.

3. This range of heat treatment equipment is outfitted with microcomputer control system and management software, so as to achieve distributed control and centralized management. Through the computer display, users can clearly know the operation status and parameters. Each of the operation processes can be either independently controlled via separate instruments, or centralized controlled on the computer.
