Symmetrical Type
The mechanical three-roller symmetrical plate rolling machine is highlighted by compact structure as well as easy operation and maintenance. The upper roller, located at the symmetric center of two lower rollers, is in vertically lifting motion driven by the leading screw and the worm. The two lower rollers are in rotary motion. Through the meshing of output gear and lower rollers, the torque is provided for plate rolling.

Asymmetrical Type
Unlike the symmetrical type, the mechanical three-roller asymmetrical plate rolling machine utilizes the upper roller for transmission. The lower roller is in vertical lift motion for plate clamping. On the other hand, the meshing of upper and lower roller gears is also used as transmission and the side roller lifts obliquely.

This equipment comes with both pre-bending and rolling functions. Besides, it also features compact structure and simple operation and maintenance.
