Steel Bunk Bed
In designing the steel bunk bed, we fully consider the school dorm characteristics and make the best of the space. Due to the height of the top bunk, we take protective measures and install safety rails around the bed to protect the sleeper from falling out. A ladder is used to climb up to the top bunk which is safer than stepping on a single supporting bar.
The whole structure of the product is made of steel pipes which are welded with continuous welding technique and painted with high quality spray powder. The surface looks seamless and appealing to the eye. The plugs on the cuttings of the steel pipes protect them from corrosion and oxygenation. There are plastic furniture feet on the legs of the steel bunk bed to protect the floor and avoid making noise when moving the bed.
The product is knock-down structure. It is packed in carton to save space and reduce transportation cost.
