EMM23 Series C-Frame Inclinable Mechanical Presses

Features
1. The EMM23 series C-frame inclinable mechanical press adopts the robust rolling key clutch and has the merits of simple structure as well as convenient operation and maintenance.
2. Due to the adoption of helical gearing, it works stably with small impact and noise.
3. It is the domestically first product replacing the sliding bearing (i.e. brasses) for transmission with the rolling bearing. After the change, the transmission gear is wear resistant and the large gear noise caused by worn brasses can be effectively avoided.
4. The EMM23-35 product is manufactured via adopting the new design and comes with a 35T main body, equaling to a 40T similar machine because of utilizing the rolling bearing. In contrast, the 35T similar machine provided by other domestic manufacturers usually comes with a 25T main body and the traditional sliding bearing.
5. For the EMM23 series C-frame inclinable mechanical press weighing over 80T, the pneumatic dual balanced cylinders are adopted, which produces small balance force fluctuation. Thus, the counterweight of slider and upper die is achieved and the machine shaking caused by the aforementioned weight is eliminated. This also can prevent the collision and noise generated by reversely stressed gear during transmission, remove the clearance between the connecting rod and the slider, reduce the impact and abrasion towards stressed components and also avoid the slider from coming off caused by brake failure or broken connecting rod.
