Features
1. The EMH21 series C-frame fixed bolster pneumatic press is constructed by steel plates via welding. After processed with tempering (or vibration aging) and shot blasting, it has remarkable strength and stable precision.
2. With compact structure, this product is equipped with a longitudinally positioned crank shaft high frequency quenched and ground with fine smoothness, brightness and flexibility. The rectangular guide rail is lengthened in six sides and the oriented side is veneered with bronze plates, featuring high-precision orientation.
3. The pneumatic dual balance cylinders are very helpful for the equilibration of slider and upper die. Meanwhile, they facilitate to reduce the impact and noise, eliminate the clearance between the connecting rod and the slider and avoid the stressed parts from impacts and abrasion.
4. The EMH21 series C-frame fixed bolster pneumatic press adopts the PLC system for centralized control. The gas circuit is controlled by the imported safe double valves, capable of inching, single-time and continuous punching.
5. The key components like the slider, guide rail, bolster, connecting rod and the female connector are made from the resin sand instead of the ordinary clay sand, so 1 to 2 grade of surface roughness and 2 to 3 grade of dimensional accuracy are improved.
6. The die setting height of EMH21-60 and the models of heavier than EMH21-60 are electrically adjusted. These products are provided with superior configurations and the key parts as the pneumatic element, electric element, sealing element and the button are imported from well-known brands.
7. The combined dry pneumatic friction clutch and the hydraulic overload protection device are applied.
8. The EMH21 series C-frame fixed bolster pneumatic press is optionally configured with the photoelectric protection device and also can be cooperated with various kinds of automation equipment.
