Features
1. The mechanical slotting machine is used for processing workpieces with flat surface or key grooves. It especially suits the single-piece or small-scale production.
2. The multi-plate clutch is applied for starting up and stop services. The ram is in reciprocating movement, which is realized via the crank shaper mechanism.
3. The working table is configured with the longitudinal, lateral and rotary automatic feed mechanisms as well as the safety device.
4. A quick moving mechanism is equipped for the longitudinal and lateral rotation of working table. Although without the indexing mechanism, the working table can be connected to the indexing meter for obtaining the required number.
5. The mechanical slotting machine is packaged with wooden case for export, which meets up with the relevant standards.
