Features
1. The hydraulic press brake with integral welding structure is processed with fireplace tempering and thereby it has excellent precision retainability.
2. It adopts hydraulic upper transmission and stepless voltage regulation, together with the high-quality imported sealing ring, to guarantee the working reliability.
3. The synchronization is designed in compound compensation structure, which largely enhances the processing accuracy of workpieces. (The product of more than 160T adopts the lower compensation structure).
4. The slider stroke and back gauge is either electrically and rapidly adjusted or manually and fine adjusted. The digital display is available.
5. The hydraulic press brake enables inching, single-time and continuous operation modes. The reversing and dwell time can be controlled by time relay.
6. The safety guard railing and power failure protection device are configured to improve the operating security. (The products of 40T and over 200T are without guard railing.)

Applications
This machine is widely used in urban construction, automobile manufacturing, metal structure works, shipyards, boiler factories, hoisting and conveying machinery factories, metal plates, doors and windows as well as other industries.

Comparison of Different Product Series
1. The WC67Y series is a common hydraulic press brake equipped with Estun E10 system and a digital display screen. The display accuracy reaches 0.1mm or 0.01mm and the metric-inch conversion is available. Besides, this product comes with the function of screw-pitch deviation compensation.
2. The WC67K series NC hydraulic bending machine adopts Estun E200 or Delem DA41 system.
3. The WE67K series CNC hydraulic bending machine is configured with Delem DA52/56/65W system.
