Chewing Gum Packaging Line

The chewing gum packaging line is composed of the bottle unscrambler, bottle labeling machine, bottle capping machine, bottle filling machine, and more.

1.Bottler Unscrambling
YXT-LP bottle unscrambler automatically arrange any size PE bottles, all of which will be then sent out in the same direction. Bottle unscrambling provides guarantees for the continuous production. Moreover, you can easily replace the products.

2. Counting and Filling
A touch screen is applied to control the bottling of chewing gums. It makes the operation easier. The counting error is below 0.5%.

3. Capping
Covers will be automatically arranged under the effect of electromagnetic vibration. Later, our automatic capping machine tightens the coverer. All the processes are automatically controlled.

4. Labeling: Bottle body cap
This process is for the labeling of both bottle body and cap. The easily operated labeler is conveniently adjusted to label any other bottled products.
