1. This low vacuum bottling line is a bottle packaging machine which applies the rotation type intermittent jet rinsing. Integrated with the functions such as washing, filling, and capping, it automatically finishes all the bottling processes.

2. As an inline filling system, it uses the unique filling method to ensure the accurate sealing of bottle mouth and filling valve. This method can avoid the leakage problems caused by the unstable bottles.

3. The Mitsubishi frequency control and PLC control system are used to automatically control the bottle process. The capacity of the low vacuum bottling line can be freely adjusted.

4. This bottling system applies the adjustable magnetic force for the highly successful capping.

5. All the parts that will contact with liquid are made of stainless steel. That means our machine meets the food hygiene requirements.
