Our folding concertina bellow slideway cover is made of nylon, plastic fabric or synthetic rubber that has been subjected to sewing, folding or heat sealing process. A layer of PVC guide frame is secured to the inner side of the concertina cover for support, protecting cover from heat damage at a maximum contact temperature of 400°C, oil contamination or coolant penetration. In addition to the ordinary lamella bellows, we can make the cover with round, hexagonal, or octangle cross-sections. Stainless steel frame also can be added to the cover material for added strength and tightness against cooling agents.
