Feature
Our machine vibration damper is an assembly of vibration damping rubber, bolts and lock nuts. It not only reduces the vibration generated by the oscillating motion of the machine, but it also isolates machine parts from the source of vibration. Sometimes vibration force may be amplified as a result of superimposed oscillation. This damper can very well deal with that situation.
Applications
Installed between the machine parts and the source of vibration.
How to Select
Confirm the direction of the force felt by the rubber base. Load bearing capacity of each damper can be decided from consideration of the weight of machine parts and number of connecting points. If users need a damper for the rotary parts or parts that produce large vibration force, a 1.5 times of load bearing capacity should be added to the original value. Model selection should be carried out strictly according to the parameter table listed below. Make sure the bolt, screw diameter and length match the requirements.
