Stacking Machine for Semi-Product

The stacking machine is used to transfer the concrete panel together with the bottom plate of the mould to the demoulding crane and the autoclaving car. It also returns the side plates of mould to the roller conveyor.

Driven by a variable frequency speed reducer, the stacker provides users with operating stability and precision. It relies on a hydraulic power unit for lifting and lowering. High synchronization can be achieved between rack and pinion lifting devices.

The major parts of the stacker are the traveling mechanism and lifting devices.
