Curing Car

The curing car, also known as autoclaving car, is an integral part of the autoclaved aerated concrete production line. It carries the semi-finished concrete panels (which are seated on the bottom plate of the mold) to the autoclave.

With the help of chain conveyor and panel-manipulating device, the curing car sends the concrete panels together with the bottom plate into the autoclave. After a preset period of autoclaving, the autoclaved aerated concrete panels are then passed through further processing.

Major parts of the autoclaving car include the framework, wheels and hooks.
