Application Scope and Installation Position
The RY1-B series surge protection device is suited to B-level lightning protection. It is usually installed in the low-voltage main distribution cabinet in the incoming line side at the junction of LPZ 0A or LPZ 0B and LPZ1.

Product Description
Our surge protection device is applied in the earthing system, such as IT, TT, TN-S, TN-C-S, etc., with the rated voltage as high as 380V AC and the frequency of 50 or 60Hz for equipotential connection at lightning stroke. Designed to be mounted on a 35mm standard rail, it conforms to GB18802.1 and IEC61643-1.

RY1-B Series Surge Protection Device (SPD)

When the SPD fails due to overcurrent-induced overheating, a built-in disconnecting module can disconnect it from the power grid and turns the visual window on the SPD from green to red. This module can be replaced online.
