Our metal roof beam features high tensile strength. Its body is welded by automatic submerged arc welding. The welding quality is high; performance is stable; and production efficiency is high. Using automatic submerged arc welding can weld a steel plate with the thickness less than 14mm and without groove in one time. It also helps to reduce the welding deformation and effectively prevents overheating of the metal near the weld zone.
To improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of our product, the articulated roof beam body and parts are made of 27SiMn and processed by quenching. The long line beam is treated by the GT intermediate frequency induction heating furnace which has strong continuous working ability, high heating speed, less oxygen decarbonization, and high precision temperature control, thus effectively avoiding uneven hardness. In addition, our company is the only one in China that has intermediate frequency production line reaching 7M.
