In addition to all features of the ordinary single hydraulic prop, the high density hydraulic prop developed by our company also has the following characteristics.

1. The plunger is a seamless steel pipe. It will not break. After the working resistance is reached, the upper part of the valve is filled with high pressure water.

2. The three-use valve is on one side of the plunger. When the product is exposed to large pressure, theΦ42 hole will not deform.

3. The welded column head is removed, which improves the strength of the product greatly and avoids the phenomena, like bending, fracture, etc., caused by insufficient welding of column head and plunger tube.

4. Drill holes on the plunger and inject liquid through a special handle from the side of the plunger tube. Liquid injection from the side prevents the holes from being damaged under load.
