1. Introduction
The evaporative humidifier is the combination of the evaporative cooling pad humidifier and specially-made ventilation pipe. It is the optimum humidification system for places where the evaporative cooler or evaporative air handling unit is installed without a built-in humidifier.

2. Structural Features
1) Manufactured from the specially rolled profiled bar, the evaporative humidifier frame has received spraying plastics treatment and comes with high strength, corrosion resistance, good tightness and simple appearance.
2) This range of industrial humidifier may fall into the frame type and welded type. The former is more suitable if the long side of the ventilation pipe section is longer than 1200mm.
3) The evaporative humidifier is equipped with the water pan and outfall to drain the redundant water thoroughly.

3. Service Conditions of the Evaporative Humidifier
1) Applicable environment: Temperature: 0~40℃, relative humidity < 90%
2) Power source: 220V/50Hz
3) Water source: Tap water or other clean water
4) Pressure of water supply > 0.05MPa
5) Wind speed < 3.5/S (going through the product)

1) The standard humidifying capacity is calculated according to the width of 100mm.
2) The specific size of the air vent can be determined on the basis of the air flue size on the spot.

6. Installation Instructions for the Evaporative Humidifier
1) The evaporative humidifier may be installed flexibly.
2) It supports evaporative cooling pad humidification, air-water humidification and high pressure spray humidification.

3) The evaporative air humidifier can be installed in any position of the ventilation pipe, so as to humidify the whole room or a certain area.
4) The humidification equipment may be transformed according to your central air-conditioning system, which realizes humidification without influence upon the system operation.
