The high intensity punched slot screen pipe is composed of the base pipe, high density punched slot filtration jacket, and stainless steel end ring. It is characterized by precision controllable pore, large flow area, high strength, strong resistance to deformation, excellent corrosion resistance, and high reliability.

Features
1. Special spiral hole arrangement
The standard oil tubing or casing is adopted as the base pipe. The spiral punching reduces the hole area on the cross section of the pipe, which maintains the strength of the base pipe to the greatest extent in the premise of ensuring certain flow area. The formation sand is blocked outside the screen pipe. The oil, gas or water in the stratum passes through the punched slots as well as drilled holes and enters the base pipe.

2. Excellent corrosion resistance
Our product resists acid, alkali, and salt corrosion. The base pipe conforms to API standard and the punched slot filtration jacket is made of 304 stainless steel.

3. High density punched slot filtration jacket
The filtration jacket has spirally distributed punched slot, enjoying improved strength. When locally squeezed, the slot gap in the squeezed part will reduce or close, ensuring reliability of sand prevention. The precision punching technology is adopted and the slot opening is on the side, which reduces direct erosion on the screen pipe.

The slot width is between 0.2 mm and 0.7 mm and the uniformity error can be controlled within the range of 0.015 mm, thus guaranteeing filtering precision. The slot length is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary slotted tube and 2 to 3 times that of ordinary punched slot screen tube.

Product Application
This product can be used in various vertical, inclined, and horizontal oil, gas, and water wells with cased hole or open hole completion. It can be used alone for sand prevention or together with filling.
