The carbon steel SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded) pipe is produced by the automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding of steel coil.


Features
1. This product is available in a wide range of specifications, which can better meet customer's requirements.
2. Due to the adoption of double-sided submerged arc welding process, flaws like misalignment are not liable to arise, thus ensuring welding quality.
3. Product specification: Φ219-Φ3500mm, thickness: 6-28mm

Quality Test
Before leaving the factory, our products have to undergo many tests, including appearance inspection, nondestructive inspection (ultrasonic testing, ray detection, penetrant testing, magnetic testing), tightness test, hydrostatic test, etc.
