Overall Descriptions
The tubing head mounted on the casinghead is used for haning the oil tube inside the well and sealing the annular space between the oil tube and the oil string. Currently, jackscrew-valve hanging is widely adopted, which means that a jackscrew valve is mounted to the casing spool, and there is a tapered channel inside the jackscrew valve.

The tubing hanger also comes with a cone-shaped body and a top sealing ring. Under the drawing force of all oil tube weights, it is firmly seated at the base of jackscrew valve. Here, the jackscrew can effectively prevent the oil string from being pushed out in case of overhigh internal pressure.

Main Functions
1. The tubing head acts as the solid base of Christmas tree.
2. It is designed for the convenience of oil tube hanging once the fixed tubing hanger is mounted.
3. It seals the annular space between casing pipes.
4. It is the operation window for casing pipes.
5. It also provides a control channel for subsurface safety valve and offers a through passageway for the electric pump and cable.
