Mobile Generator Set

On the basis of many overseas mobile gensets, we have specially designed the mobile generator set which is characterized by high mobility, safety braking, attractive appearance, low center of gravity, etc. The mobile generator is available with many types, for instance, manual pushing-type, third-wheel type, four-wheel type, etc.

Features
1. The trailer frame of this mobile generator set comes with high strength and good rigidity, for being welded from trough girder. It also has the leaf spring suspension structure.
2. The trailer applies the bolt type traction frame, height of which is adjustable. Thus, the trailer-mounted diesel generator is suitable for the tractors of all kinds of height.
3. Our mobile generator set makes use of circular steel tube welded straight-through type axle. It is safe, reliable with compact structure.
4. Apart from the mechanical support devices installed in the frame foursquare, the mobile diesel generator set also has inertial service brake, parking brake, and emergency brake, thereby ensuring the safety in all kinds of conditions.
5. In the front of the frame, there are supporting wheels that can bear the vertical load. Those wheels have orientation function.
6. The whole power generation equipment has the direction and braking indicator lamp, in addition to the standard taillight plug.

Configurations of the Mobile Generator Set
1. Traction: Moveable hook, 180° turntable
2. Brake: Air brake interface and manual brake system makes sure the safety during the driving.
3. Support: To ensure the operational stability of mobile generator sets, the trainer has been equipped with 4R mechanical or hydraulic pressure support device.
4. Door and Window: The genset has one air window in the front, one door in the rear. Also, its both sides have doors for the operators.
5. Trailer Size: The size can be customized upon request. The operator can walk around the genset, allowing for easy operation and maintenance.
6. Appearance: We use the macromolecule PU paint. The color is determined by the client. The decoration and characters on the mobile generator sets can be tailored according to the users’ requirements.
7. Fire Protection: Two fire extinguishers are optional.
