The accumulator is a specially designed device used to store fluid under pressure. As we know, fluid can't be compressed. So, we take advantage of the compressibility of inert gas to realize this purpose. Our hydraulic accumulator bladder is installed inside the accumulator shell to store inert gas, and energy will be stored and released owing to the good elasticity of this rubber-made product.
Working Principle
When an accumulator works, there is a kind of working medium between the gas-charged bladder and accumulator shell, typically hydraulic oil. Under the condition that the hydraulic line pressure is higher than the gas pressure inside the bladder, hydraulic oil will flow into the accumulator, and the bladder will be compressed, thereby storing energy.
Advantages
Our product possesses stable and reliable quality because of our world-class experts, techniques and production equipment for rubber goods. In addition, our hydraulic accumulator bladders are manufactured with different formulas which are developed by us independently, so they fit for a wide range of working media and temperatures.
