Ferrite Magnet

The ferrite magnet is a type of sintered permanent magnet composed of iron trioxide as well as a small amount of barium and strontium. This material has high anti-demagnetization performance and is offered at a low price. It is hard and brittle, so it requires special machining process to enhance its toughness.


This product can be either isotropic or anisotropic. The anisotropic magnet is magnetized along its manufacturing direction while the isotropic one can be magnetized in any direction.

The ferrite magnet is capable of remaining high level residual magnetism after the disappearance of the external magnetic field, so it is suitable for generating steady magnetic field. Coupled with its low cost, this material is currently the most widely used. For example, it is applied in various electric meters, generators, telephones, loudspeakers, televisions, toys, crafts and microwave devices.

Our company has been engaged in the production and sales of ferrite magnet for 10 years. Our monthly production capacity reaches 120 tons, and these products are mainly sold to speaker and motor manufacturers in Europe and America.


We adopt electric kilts for sintering. The product is heated more evenly and the temperature control is more stable during the sintering process, thus ensuring more stable performance of the product. Additionally, using electric kilt avoids polluting the environment.


To control product costs, we purchase raw materials from regular suppliers and reduce the labor cost. We establish a beneficial welfare system and hold yearly group outing. Therefore, the staff feels a sense of belonging to the company and makes effort to maintain high product efficiency and timely delivery. The employee turnover rate is lowered as well.
