Durable and stable, the air cooled refrigerant dryer has an air-cooled condenser at its front, to which a pre-cooler is attached. Low-temperature air coming out from the evaporator exchanges heat with the high-temperature air entering the dryer. This forced convection heat transfer method greatly increases the heat transfer rate and energy efficiency, resulting in desired treatment effect of high-temperature air.

Simply and reasonably designed refrigeration pipes, plus good-quality refrigeration parts of well-recognized brands, ensure the durability and stability of the dryer. Safe and reliable, the refrigerated air dryer is also equipped with compressor self-protection device as well as air switch and thermal overload protection device. It has multiple functions such as delay control, automatic reset and restart, and bypass regulation (for moderate-sized dryer or above). Its refrigerating system is supplied with two-way protection and control, which prevents the atmospheric temperature change from affecting the refrigeration process.
