The stationary rotary screw air compressor is a twin-screw, positive displacement type device. Its main features are described as follows.


Features
The stationary rotary screw air compressor adopts CAD, CAE, CAPP, CAM and other computer aided designs.


This screw compressor has strong environmental adaptability and high reliability, it can work 24 hours without interrupt, and it has ultra-long service life.



Main Machine

The screw is the main part of air compressor, there are pairs of interlocking rotors in it, of which male rotor is used for driving, female rotor is used for slave driving, it has 3-5cmm oil sealing between each pair of rotor, which is used for protection. The rotor adopts third generation of asymmetric teeth, the tooth profile is 5:6. SKF heavy duty bearing is used in the screw of the compressor, which service life is more than 120,000 hours.

Motor



Uses full axis coil, our motor can withstand 115℃ temperature rise, its efficiency can reach more than 95%. So that the reliability of rotary screw air compressor is enhanced, and the life of motor is improved.

Controller



Full English control system, which is easy to operate, it can work 24 hours automatically without operators.



Electrical System
Electrical components adopt SIEMENS electric appliance with high quality, that ensure the safety and reliability of electrical system.


Advanced Electrical Control System
The equipment set adopts intelligent microcomputer control system which is able to deliver powerful functions including fault diagnosis and protection. While left unattended, the system can work for you as long as 24 hours. In the event of machine failure, the system would respond accordingly and give timely indications to users of which parts requiring replacement and necessary maintenance. It is easy to operate. With one simple touch, the system is then switched to the automatic operation mode.


Economical Operation
The stationary rotary screw air compressor features stepless control over the amount of air displacement. As the air intake decreases, so does the air displacement. Along with this, the current which flows through the motor will be reduced. When there is air entering into the compression cylinder, the compressor is running unloaded for a while before it comes to a natural stop. As air intakes increase, the compressor will restart. In this way, the machine can achieve optimal operation efficiency.


Good Adaptability to Severe Environmental Conditions
The exceptional cooling system allows our air compressor to be adaptable to the high-temperature, high-humidity conditions in Asia. The desirable vibration dampening technology and noise reduction technique allows the machine not to install the supporting foundation. Design Features of Rotor Profile
1. The inter-meshing between the curved surfaces of twin screws helps generate a hydrodynamic fluid film. Thanks to the fluid film, better seal can be obtained to reduce the transverse leakage of air passing through the contact area of the mating screws. Reduced leak rate also means improved compressing efficiency. Further, the machinability as well as the test performance is enhanced.
2. This design adopts the big rotors and large bearings which run at a slow, steady speed. The rotary rate is 30% to 50% lower than that of compressors from other similar brands. Reduced speed decreases the chance of noise and vibration. It also brings down the discharge temperature, improves the rotor rigidity, extends the use life, and decreases the sensitivity to foreign matters and oil carbide.
3. The air compressor is available at a large range of power from 4kw to 355kw. Compressors with powers ranging from 18.5kw to 250kw are supplied with direct currents and without gear box. The 200kw and 250kw compressors adopts four-pole DC motor with a minimum rotary speed of 1480 rounds per minute.
4. The machine is in compliance or even exceeds the standards required in the GB19153-2003 Limited values of energy efficiency of displacement air compressors.
