Heatless Adsorption Air Dryer
Our heatless adsorption air dryer is a state of the art drying device. It integrates the pressure swing absorption method in drying wet, compressed air. With this method, the compressed air flow alternately through two towers which are full of desiccants. In one tower, the water vapor contained in the air is absorbed by the desiccant at high pressure. In the other, a small portion of dried air flows in reverse through the tower to regenerate the desiccant while the rest is discharged from the said tower at near atmospheric pressure. For the purpose of better timing control, a program is installed on the system to control the dryer to switch between two towers.
The dryer features a flexible, reliable pneumatic valve, effective desiccant, advanced micro-computer programming controller, simplified operating interface, and unique technological process. It has become a favorable choice of our customers.
