Precise Filter

1. Applications: The precise filter is used remove impurities from the compressed air, thus improving the quality of compressed air and saving production and maintenance cost. It finds wide use in pharmacy, chemistry, food, beverage, water treatment, brewing, oil, printing and dyeing, and environmental protection industries.

2. Features of Filter Housing
A. P-type Threaded Housing (G1, G2, G3)
The housing is made of quality die-cast aluminum. There is a layer of chromium electroplated inside and outside the housing to prevent corrosion. Powder coating technique ensures the plating quality.
B. PF-type Flange Connection Housing (ranging from DN80 to DN300)
The housing is welded of low-carbon steel. Its internal surface is coated with polyester primer while the external surface is painted with pioneer topcoat. Sandblasting treatment is also applied to the housing for a clean and oil-free surface.
C. Test Standard: DIN50021 SS

Features of Filter Element
1. Filter element is often described as the heart of the filter. This series of precise filter adopts the pleated filter element whose filtering area is as 3 to 4.5 times large as that of a cartridge filter element, with better filtering performance.
2. Using pleated filter element also saves considerable amount of electric charge.
