RQG2621/3526 Semi-Auto Glass Cutting Machine

Our semi-auto glass cutting machine covers two models, RQG2621 and RQG3526.

Features of RQG2621
1. As a newly developed product, the RQG2621 allows simple operation, and there is no special requirement for the operator.
2. There are a lot of blades on the machine, and they can cut large glass panels in one step. Hence, high cutting efficiency is obtained.
3. The imported optical axis and bearing ensure that deformation and inaccurate cutting won’t take place for at least five years.
4. The cutting table is made of imported waterproof material, so the table won’t change its shape which may lead to deteriorated performance.
5. For the electrical system, advanced stepper motor and PLC control system are both applied, while the cutting stroke and cutting speed can be adjusted very easily on the display screen of the control box.
6. Our semi-auto glass cutting machine is supplied with one testing tool kit, ten cutter boxes and 20 U-shaped knife holders. Aside from these, rollers, springs, bolts and oil pipes are also provided, 20 sets for each of them.
7. One year warranty is available, but the problem should not be caused by human factors. Additionally, we will help our customers solve all the problems encountered during production for a long time.
