Features
1. The RPQ1300 automatic spraying machine caters for continuous and automatic paint spraying operations for cabinet doors, decorative sheets, glass panels, calcium silicate boards, magnesium oxide boards, thermal insulation decorative boards and other panels.
2. For our conveying system, the conveyor belt is made of stainless steel, so it shows excellent resistance to acid and alkali solvents, realizing long life span. Furthermore, after paint spraying process, the excessive paint will be removed by a specialized cleaning system to ensure that the conveyor belt is clean enough when working.
3. This automatic spraying machine is equipped with a micro PLC to control the production process. An optoelectronic scanner is set at the entrance of feeding, and it is used to precisely detect the workpieces, then it will send product size, shape and relevant information back to the PLC to adjust moving range and spraying range of the spray gun, saving a lot of paint.
