RPT1420-1 Single Roller Coating Machine

Introduction
Our RPT1420-1 single roller coating machine is a new generation panel coating machine, and it is a self-developed product on the basis of internationally advanced equipment. The primer coated by this machine is suitable for direct roll coating of finishing paint without sanding treatment, and the roll coating result provides smooth surface and uniform color which are comparable to spray coating.

The lifting and descending movements are pneumatically controlled, and variable frequency speed regulation is also adopted. The coating thickness can be adjusted freely within 0.015-0.05mm according to customers’ needs, and there is a paint recycling device to avoid the waste of paint. In addition, the PLC is optional.

Applications
This single roller coating machine is mainly accepted by our customers to coat primer and finishing paint on MDF, PVC panel, flat wood board, aluminum sheet, etc. The coated surface is as bright as a mirror without any stripes or wrinkles.
