1. Our putty coating machine contains three models which are RTB620, RTB920 and RTB1320, and these products are especially designed for wood with coarse tubular fibers, such as Kempas, ash tree, intsia bijuga, etc. Additionally, it is also applicable for plywood.
2. The conveyor belt, painting roller and scraping roller are all equipped with an imported motor, and there are relevant frequency converters to regulate the speed separately. Thus, optimized putty coating result is achieved. Moreover, the excessive paint will be recycled for further use by the specially designed recycling device at fixed time, and the PLC is an optional device.
3. This product is able to level the concave surface by filling relevant materials, and it can also scrape excessive paint for recycling. With the help of this machine, manual fixing is replaced by automatic treatment which not only improves the production efficiency to a large extent, but also cuts down rework rate.
