RUV620/920/1320 UV Drying Machine

Applications and Features
1. Our UV drying machine contains three models which are RUV620, RUV920 and RUV1320. These products are designed to dry the UV paint for door, artware, bamboo curtain, panel furniture, engineered wood floor, etc.
2. With the help of this product, the UV paint will be dried in a very short time, greatly cutting down the wait time and the time required for the whole production. Moreover, the coated surface shows an improved hardness and color.
3. This UV drying machine is able to work with a coating machine directly, including roller type and curtain type. So, the workpieces will get dried immediately, and there is no need to carry the workpiece here and there.
4. This product is equipped with imported ultraviolet lamp and reflect board. For the ultraviolet lamp, its luminance contains several choices, while high intensity capacitor and transformer are also applied to improve its stability to a large extent. For the reflect board, it has a remarkable reflectivity of ultraviolet which can reach up to 90%.
5. There are different delivering methods including chain type, roller type and stainless steel belt type. On the other hand, the temperature controller is used to adjust the temperature inside the chamber to prolong its service life under high temperature. In addition, a cooling system is adopted as well.
6. To effectively prevent ultraviolet leakage, we set radiation shields at the entrance and exit of the sides of UV chamber.
7. For pigmented UV paint, this drying machine could be equipped with an optional gallium lamp.
