RBL2500B Glass Washing Machine

The RBL2500B glass washing machine is widely seen in glass deep-processing factories to wash and dry flat glass, and it includes three series which are for common glass, coated glass and low-E glass, respectively. The washing part and air drying part can be lifted and fell as a whole, and a digital display is also equipped. This machine can be customized according to specific requirements.

This machine has a horizontal structure, and the flat glass is placed on the horizontal transfer roller to undergo the following steps, feeding – two-stage washing - water absorption – drying by a 22kW air drying machine – discharging. There is a sliding table that is capable of pneumatic lift at the feeding part to realize fast glass feeding, and the transfer speed is controlled by stepless speed regulation mechanism to fit for different working conditions. In addition, this glass washing machine takes advantage of handwheel and spring screw to adjust the glass thickness.

Features
1. The transfer rubber roller is driven by gear, and it offers reliable performance while the maintenance is very convenient. The upper and lower brushes are driven by two motors, and the belts possess long life span.
2. On the top part of this glass washing machine, there is a water tray that is made of stainless steel, so the transfer rubber roller will be self-cleaned during rotation. Moreover, the sprinkler system is used to provide the glass with a wet surface before moving to washing section, and this is helpful to improve the washing result.
3. The metal components that will come into contact with water during washing step are all fabricated by stainless steel. With the help of the circulation pump, the water tank can be pulled out to carry out the three-stage washing. Under the condition that the washing result is strictly required, the later two brush rollers should use tap water, and purified water will offer an even better result.
4. The transfer rubber roller is coated by vulcanized rubber, so it shouldn’t meet acidic liquid. The washing section and air drying section can be automatically lifted as a whole, and the maximum lift range is 400mm which is very important to wash glass panels with different thicknesses. In addition, the brush allows convenient cleaning and replacement.
5. Equipped with 3 pairs of Φ150 brush roller, our glass washing machine is able to deal with common coated glass, hard low-E glass and solar control coated glass. When washing coated glass, two pairs of hard brush can be rose by the air cylinder to avoid damaging the film surface.
6. The air drying system is equipped with two pairs of air knives including one pair of straight air knife and one pair of curved air knife. Thanks to the large wind force, the high pressure blower completely dries the surface and side faces of glass, achieving desired air drying effect. Furthermore, the two cold air knives don’t ask for heating.
7. The upper air knife moves upward or downward as regulated by the control system, and the inner opening width reaches up to 400mm to facilitate the adjustment of air knife height and angle, improving final result. The entire blower is fixed on the top of air drying section, and it moves together with washing section and air drying section to guarantee the drying effect.
8. For this glass washing machine, the frame and other metal parts that won’t come into contact with water are processed with special treatment, and then high-end machinery paint is sprayed. This paint shows strong adhesive force, and the surface will give out bright gloss for a long time.
