Jiangsu Dalishen Science and Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dalishen Technology Group, has been in charge of producing galvanized steel coils and galvalume steel coils since 2007. At present, we have three galvanizing lines and one galvalume line in production. Another 4 galvanizing lines are predicted into operation.

In order to ensure accurate specifications and superior performance of our galvanized steel sheets and coils, we adopt the leading production equipment in China introduced from Xi’an Zhongwei, Shanghai Cosure, Wuhan Boya, Wuhan Science and Technology University Company, etc. Furthermore, the Siemens S-400PLC automated electronic controller is used to dominate all the motors and frequency converters to ensure steady running of the galvanized steel coil production line. The machine sets on lines choose the advanced and commonly used UEC hot dip galvanizing technology, one furnace with two work stations and two furnaces with three work stations.

Detailed technological process

The inactivating or oil coating process makes the galvanized steel coil with outstanding corrosive resistance. Before galvanizing, the steel strip is cleaned through chemical degreasing and electrolytic degreasing to make the product with smooth and clean surface. The production speed is maximized to 130m/min. The equipment is about 209.5m long in total and it can make large spangles product, normal spangles type and the product without spangles. The temper mill and fingerprint resisting device can be reset to manufacture leveled spangles and fingerprint resistant galvanized steel products. Our galvanized coil is available in the zinc layer that is as thick as 30 to 180g/m² as customized.

Our galvanized steel mainly selects the cold rolled steel coil as raw material, which is the SPCC, SPCD and FH superior cold rolled hard steel coil made by our subsidiary company. We make full use of the optimal resources provided by our industrial chain. At the present time, the single galvanizing line realizes 10,000 tons of products per month and 800,000 tons every year. The rate of finished products surpasses 99%. Our precise and thin product presents national standard FC surface and conforms to the GB2518—2008 standard, as well as the certification of ISO9001: 2008. Our galvanized steel sheets and coils are broadly involved in various areas, like construction material, civil application, automotive panel, air conditioner, refrigerator shell, etc.

Package
As for the ordinary package, the galvanized steel coil is firstly wrapped in the kraft paper and then installed with internal and external corner protectors on both sides. At last, the sheet metal coil will be fixed by the plastic packing tapes. Yet the product with refinement package needs to be packed with plastic film at first and then covered by the kraft paper. Next, the galvanized plate is used to wrap the product and cover the inner circle. On both sides, the galvanized steel coil has to be mounted with inner and outer corner protectors and side protecting plate. In the end, the coil will be baled by the steel plate.

According to different requirements of customers on package, we select various packing ways. If the galvanized steel coil is exported, transported in a long journey, shipped or needs to be stored in a long time, the refinement package is recommended for customers.
