It adopts the high-purity low-stibium lead-alloy grid and features less moisture loss. By applying the dry-charged craft, it has a wonderful starting performance. The auto will be started up after 10-minute acidification.
7.Battery jar

Operating Hints
To the respected customers and agencies:
1. Please check whether the outer packing is intact when you take delivery of goods find out the damage or leakage defect.

2. Please check the quantity and model of goods to see if they are identical with what you require. Relevant information (like model, quantity and the date of taking the delivery) should be marked after the check.

3. There should be several matters needing attention during the storage process:
A. Do not stack the car battery for more than 5 layers.
B. The temperature of the storehouse should be appropriate (usually between 15℃ to 45℃).
C. Timely recharging the product that has been stored for so long time.
D. Please avoid excessive inventory and sell the product complying with the FIFO principle. Also, before selling, please ensure that the electric eye is displayed in green and the open-circuit voltage is more than 12.55V.

To the respected terminal customers
1. Please choose the model suitable for your car.
2. Check whether the electric eye is displayed in green during purchasing.
3. The charging system voltage of the automobile engine retains within the range of 13.8V to 14.4V.
4. When the electrical consumption of your car exceeds the load of battery, please replace with another appropriate one.

Notice for Charging
1. Constant-voltage charging: The charging should be conducted under the constant voltage of 16V (±0.1V), and the maximum voltage cannot be over 16.2V. Meanwhile, good ventilation should be retained. If the storage battery temperature is over 45℃ or the charging current is over 25A , please properly lower the charging voltage.

2. Constant-current charging: Generally, the charging current is 0.05C20A and it cannot be more than this specified value. When the electric eye of the storage battery is in green or when the open-circuit voltage is equal or more than 12.65V, please stop charging.

Other Problems You Should Notice
1. In the course of usage, please avoid the positive and negative terminal posts from directly contacting the external metallic conductor or that may cause the short circuit.
2. Inversely connecting the positive and negative terminals and unsecure connection are strictly prohibited.
3. It is not allowed to fill the battery with the unqualified electrolyte or the non-dedicated pure water. Besides, do not use the storage cell under the state of fluid loss. Also, the low-maintenance battery should be regularly refilled with the dedicated pure water.
4. Deep discharge is forbidden for the storage cell (the capacity is lower than 50% and the electrolyte density is below 1.200g/ml).
5. Smooth blow-cock or vent hole should be remained to prevent from the explosion caused by stoppage.
6. During handling and storing the storage battery, please do not place it upside down or in a tilt of over 45 degrees.
7. The charging should be applied under the ventilated and no-smoking environment.
8. Please wear protective glasses when checking or replacing the storage cell.
