R4105ZP Constant Speed Diesel Engine

This R4105ZP 56kw constant speed diesel engine has larger cylinder with the diameter of 105mm than the K4100P diesel power unit. It is equipped with a larger air filter as well to ensure high purity intake air. Aided with Longkou fuel injection pump with stable quality, the water cooled direction injection engine has larger power rating and better performance. Connecting to your machine through the clutch pulley, the product will convey the power to drive your machine via the belt. The clutch pulley is basically designed with 4 or 6 C-type grooves. Its diameter is 150mm or 200mm. We can also equip our four stroke four cylinder engines with customized clutch pulley.

With attractive but compact appearance and moderate weight, this constant speed diesel engine is easy for moving. Merits such as easy manipulation and stable quality make the product suitable for agricultural irrigation, industrial water drainage, dredging and other uses.

Features
1. This constant speed diesel engine adopts the crankshaft made of 45# steel. Therein, the main journal of the crankshaft and the connecting rod journal undergo the induction hardening so as to increase the strength and reliability of the crankshaft.

2. For the purpose of preventing the top parts of the cylinder liner from sinking because of severe wear, the cylinder liner is designed with large protruding shoulder for supporting. There is also an embankment on the upper end face of the protruding shoulder around the cylinder port for blocking the flame. The cylinder head gasket is inlaid directly on the convex sealing strip at the outer edge of the protruding shoulder, getting the reliable sealing effect.

3. This water cooled diesel engine is available with an RSV mechanical governor at the rear end of fuel injection pump. The governor acts to maintain the engine speed at the desired value regardless of load variation.

4. This constant speed diesel engine is mounted with a floating piston pin. When the piston reaches to a certain temperature, the piston pin is able to rotate in the pin hole to ensure uniform wearing.

5. The top of the engine piston is graphite coated or tin plated to enhance its abrasion resistance and reduce friction heat generation.
