Main Application Scope
The electric vehicle battery and electric tricycle battery provide the direct-current power for the electric tricycles, quadricycles and other vehicles.
Structural Characteristics
1. Our product adopts the polyester fiber exhaust pipe with the advantages as fine elasticity, small pore diameter, low electric resistance and high air permeability.
2. Thanks to the completely insulated flexible connecting wire, there is no current leakage.
3. Bounce off the top plug and you will see the inside valve structure equipped with a special electrolyte level indicator.
4. This product is configured with a liquid filling cap for automatic moisturizing.
5. This electric tricycle and vehicle battery also adopts the imported superior multi-micropore slant separator with high aperture ratio and low electric resistance.
6. The impact-resistant shell and cover are made from the PP materials.
7. The patented terminal sealing structure totally avoids fluid leakage and the plate elongation.
Performance Superiorities
1. Long service life
The tubular positive plate and the pasted negative plate possess long working life, excellent deep charging and discharging performance as well as other notable merits.
2. High-intensity dacron exhaust pipe
The adopted high-intensity dacron exhaust pipe and the PVC separator can effectively avoid the problems in the using process, such as the exhaust pipe rupture and the lead dendrite short circuit, etc. Therefore, the service life of the electric tricycle and vehicle battery is extended.
3. Multi-element corrosion-resistant alloy
The grid alloy adopts the multi-element corrosion-resistant alloy and the positive grid is made by pressure casting, thus saving the troubles of grid corrosion and short circuit.
4. Fine uniformity
The unit cell is connected though the partition welding, thereby the whole product features fine uniformity.
5. Efficient active material formula
The efficient active material is applied to the anode and the cathode, remarkably increasing the energy for the product.
6. Advanced plate curing and formation techniques
The two techniques enhance the adhesion of the grid and the active material, and also extends the life span of the electric tricycle and vehicle battery.
7. PP material
The cell case and cover are made from the PP material, and the case and the cover are adhered via the heat-sealing technique. Hence, the fluid leakage is availably prevented.
