PVC/PE/PP Granulation Line

The PVC, PE, and PP granulation line completes granulation by thermal cutting and extruding, and the granule size is adjustable. According to the properties of extruded granules, this plastic pelletizing line implements either single-stage or multiple-stage air cooling.

Based on the features of the plastic and the granules required by the customers, we equip our granulation line with an optimized screw, the diameter of which ranges from 25mm to 200mm. Due to special screw design, our plastic granulating line is provided with high output, stable performance, long service life, wide application scope, and optimized plasticizing process. It supports direct forming of end products.

In order to ensure durability, the extruder screw and barrel are made from top quality 38CrMoAIA and subjected to nitrogen treatment. Also, the screw surface, and the discharge end of the barrel are sprayed with Ni60 coating, further guaranteeing corrosion and wearing resistance.

In addition, our PE, PP, and PVC granulation lines are fitted with RKC temperature control meter, Schneider air switch, Siemens contactor and electric motor, as well as FUJI or ABB variable frequency drive. This is why our plastic granule production line enjoys high stability, low failure rate, and low energy consumption.
