Features of Parts
The reduction gearbox includes reduction gearbox and drive axle, and both of them are of rational layout. The transmission system of advanced H type parallel structure offers significant advantage to noise decreasing, while improving the transmission efficiency. If equipped with the high-power traction motor, it will help enhance the performances, including acceleration capability and gradeability.
The portal frame applies H-shaped steel and C-shaped steel to allow for excellent rigidity, so it requires few side idler wheels. It realizes the lateral positioning through the great circle of the structural steel and main idler wheels. Consequently, it can effectively minimize the portal frame clearance, decrease the vibration, and improve the safety coefficient.
