Specifications and models
Our aluminum coil can be manufactured using different series of aluminum alloys, including 1xxx, 2xxx, 3xxx, 4xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx and 8 xxx series. Its maximum width is about 3300mm and the thickness is designed in the scope of 0.005mm to 750mm. In vast application area, aluminum coil is suitable for aerospace industry, military equipment, rail transit, petrochemical industry, shipbuilding, heat exchanger for civil use, etc.

Advantages
Configured with a complete series of equipment for founding, hot rolling, cold rolling, quenching with roller hearth, pre-stretching and finishing treatment, we have the capability to manufacture aluminum coils, sheets and strips with high content alloy, toughness and strength, as well as the heat exchanging aluminum sheet used for radiator in nuclear power, automobile and air conditioner. In addition, we introduce the German Kampf high speed slitting device so that all the aluminum coil products can be slit into coiled materials in size of 15mm to 1200mm as required. Moreover, our transverse cutting machine also can meet the requirements of customers on specifications and dimensions of the product.

Dalishen Aluminum Products
Dalishen Aluminum Industry takes charge of the production of our aluminum coils and sheets, as the branch of our Group established in 2010. This company takes up an area of 400,000 square meters in the economic development district in Danyang, Jiangsu Province. It owns a four-floor of intelligent office building as large as 5000 square meters and 160,000m² of closed hot rolling and cold rolling workshops, as well as a transformer substation of 110KV. This is the aluminum coil and aluminum alloy coil production base with world class technology. Its registered capital is about RMB 400 million yuan. Two projects are invested with RMB 3000 million yuan. After the projects are put into operation, the annual production of aluminum sheets and coils is 250,000 tons and the annual sales amount is RMB 8000 million yuan. The tax of profit is about RMB 1000 million yuan.

Project One: Aluminum Coil Products for Aerospace Industry
The first project is the aluminum coil and aluminum plate products in aerospace industry with annual capacity of 150,000 tons. It is mainly in charge of producing, processing and marketing aluminum alloy sheets, strips, foils and so on. The project aims to develop and make the aluminum strips, coils, etc. with extreme strength, toughness and corrosive resistance through the adoption of international advanced equipment and cooperation with domestic and foreign research institutes, such as Central South University, Nanjing Aerospace University, Tsinghua University, China National Erzhong Group, etc. We plan to make 50,000 tons of aluminum plates in maximum thickness of 250mm and width of 3100mm and pre-stretched plates that are 150mm thick and 28m long at upmost, 50,000 tons of cold rolled medium-thickness aluminum plates with maximal thickness of 2600mm and 50,000 tons of aluminum sheets that are maximized in the thickness of 2500mm.

Project Two: Aluminum Coil Products for Radiator Industry
The second project is about manufacturing, processing and selling the aluminum foils for radiator with annual production of 100,000 tons. In 2010, we bought the bimetallic alloy plant thoroughly, the largest Canadian ALERIS aluminum factory in North America, the equipment and technology included. The original equipment was upgraded and reformed. The hot rolling set becomes 3300mm 2800mm type instead of 2800mm single support machine. We also introduce the Germany SMS 6000 tons of stretching machine, EBNER quenching furnace with roller hearth and air cushion furnace, American GE immersion flaw detector and other progressive corollary equipment. Some aluminum foil products are planed to be manufactured with vacuum brazing, hot rolling, cold rolling, foils rolling and other distinguished technologies to ensure the leading quality and performance our aluminum coil products.
