We started production of color coated steel sheets and coils in 2007. Outfitted with a Chinese leading color coated steel production line and various advanced testing equipment, we are able to produce pre-coated steel with optimal quality and exquisite appearance.

In 2012, we reconfigure the prepainted steel production equipment and make use of natural gas heating annealing furnace instead of electric heating one. The new type of furnace works at high heating speed with low heat loss. Saving much energy, it also increases the shaping speed and the glossiness of our color coated steel coils and sheets. In terms of inactivation technology, we adopt the advancing coating with rollers to take place of the extruding method.

Detailed technological process

The above technological process presents the complete and meticulous technology on the whole production line.

The color coated steel sheet or coil adopts the excellent galvanized steel made in previous production chain as raw material, as well as superior PE finish, silicon modified HDP, high weather resisting SMP, PVDF and other coating raw materials. Our prepainted metal is endowed with the idiosyncrasy of fast shaped coating film, high hardness, nice color and luster, no chromatic aberration, strong adhesion, durability, abrasive and heat resistance, outstanding infusibility, no pulverization, etc. There are nearly 100 kinds of colors for selection and our color coated steel coils and sheets can be customized in various colors. The detailed color information is showed in the attached table.

Our current production capacity of this selection of sheet metal coil is about 600,000 tons per year. In accordance with the national standard of GB/T 12754-2006, our color coated steel sheet also carries the certificate of ISO9001:2008. It has an extensive application scope in construction material, automobile and home appliances manufacturing, etc.
