There is one copper coil in the water tank. The antifreeze liquid in the solar collector, copper coil and circulation pipeline solves the freezing problem in winter. Hence, this split solar water heating system with one heat exchanger is very suited to very cold area.


Operating Principle
1) The controller in the split solar water heating system shall start the circulation pump automatically, when the temperature of the heat pipe collector reaches the set value.
2) The circulation pump allows for automatic circulation of the heat-conducting liquid.
3) By the heat exchanger in the water tank, the heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water.
4) The circulation pump shall be shut automatically, if the temperature of the collector does not achieve the set value.
5) The auxiliary heating device shall start, if the temperature of the water tank does not reach T-max, which is the value of the maximum temperature.
